LG School Bus Driver Cited for Accident

By ANDY BEHLEN  A La Grange ISD school bus struck a car at the intersection of Horton and Travis Street in La Grange Monday afternoon. No one in the bus required ambulance transport, but the driver and passenger of the car were taken by ambulance to St. Mark’s Hospital and later released. According to La Grange Police Officer Brian Adams, the school bus was heading east on Travis and attempted to turn left on North Horton. A silver 2012 Chevy Cruze was stopped in the turning lane facing south on Horton, waiting to take a left turn on to Travis.
