LG Attorney Being Investigated in Tipton Lottery-Rigging Case

The Iowa prosecutor in the lottery-rigging trial of Tommy and Eddie Tipton subpoenaed the phone and bank records of La Grange attorney Luis Vallejo last week.

According to a subpoena application submitted in the case, Iowa officials discovered the connection to Vallejo while investigating J. Thad Whisenant, a Houston attorney connected to the Tiptons, and a Nevada-based company associated with Whisenant, Cuestion de Suerte LLC.
