Supak

Patrick John Supak, 50, of Fayetteville, died Sunday, Oct. 9, 2016. Patrick was born in Houston on Oct. 8, 1966. He married Dawn Marusik on July 27, 1996 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Ellinger. Patrick worked as a Senior Claims Representative for Texas Farm Bureau for 24 years. He was an avid sports fan and never knew a stranger, but above all he was a loving husband and father to his two boys. He is survived by his wife of twenty years Dawn; two sons: Kelton and Keagan Supak; parents, James L. Supak and Elizabeth (Cerny) Supak of Fayetteville; brother Ricky Supak and special friend, Kelly Davis, all of Fayetteville; grandmother, Evelyn Ilse, of Ellinger; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Larry and Diane Marusik of Ellinger; two brothers-in-law: Curt Marusik and wife, Amy, of The Woodlands; and Corey Marusik of Houston; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by grandparents: Martin and Ida Cerny, Charles Supak, Katherine Lambert, Harold Ilse, Edwin and Nola Marusik. Visitation was held on Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2016 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 815 St. Mary’s Church Rd. in Ellinger. A parish rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Funeral Services were held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 13, 2016. Burial followed at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery in Fayetteville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to La Grange Little League, P.O.
