Remember When?

Nov. 23-29, 1966 Low bids totaling $182,888 for construction of the new vocational high school for the La Grange Independent School District were reviewed by board members and the Texas Education Agency in Austin. Plans called for construction of a one-story brick or masonry structure at the eastern end of the main campus to house seven classrooms and workshops to be completed by the beginning of the 1967-68 school term. The new vocational high school had begun operations in temporary quarters in September 1966.
