Warrenton Man Wrecks Corvette Near Fayetteville

A Warrenton man was transported to Brackenridge Hospital in Austin early Saturday morning, Dec. 10, following a one-vehicle wreck on FM 1291 around four miles north of Fayetteville.

According to a report from Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Greg Trojacek, 28-year-old Jesse Ross Dillard of Warrenton was driving north on FM 1291 around 12:45 a.m. in a black 2008 Chevy Corvette. While approaching a left curve in the roadway, the driver lost control of the vehicle. The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office reported that a passing motorist called 911 after seeing the accident.
