Baack

Cedall Baack, 93, of Giddings, died Sunday, December 25, 2016 at Oakland Manor Nursing Center in Giddings. Cedall Agnes (Lange) Baack was born on Sept. 29, 1923 in Waldeck, to Gus and Tillie (Kruse) Lange and married Louis Baack on Jan. 27, 1946 in Carmine. Cedall is survived by her two daughters, Arvella Polka of Giddings and Marlene Sherfy and her husband, Leslie of Giddings; her son, Delbert Baack of Giddings; four grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, one great, great-granddaughter; one brother and sister-in-law, Emmit and Janie Lange of Waldeck; one sister and brother-in-law, Burdella and Reimund Mertz of Waldeck along with numerous nieces and nephews and her family and friends. Funeral services for Cedall Baack, 93, of Giddings, are scheduled for 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016 at Martin Luther Lutheran Church in Giddings with Ryan Grube officiating. Burial will follow in the Giddings City Cemetery. Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings is in charge of arrangements.
