Farrack

Betty Jean Farrack, 77, of Giddings, died Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016 in Giddings following a 9-year battle with cancer. Betty Jean (Mueller) Farrack was born on Nov. 6, 1939 in Burton, to Henry and Leonia (Pietrich) Mueller. She married Edwin Farrack on Nov. 15, 1959 at Greenvine Lutheran Church. She worked at Pieratt’s Pharmacy in Giddings for 33 years. Preceded in death by her parents; her husband and her parents-in-laws. Betty Jean is survived by three children, Calvin Farrack & his wife, Wanda of Giddings, Charlene Farrack of Giddings and Claris Randig & her husband, Kevin of Taylor; two grandchildren, Bodie Cade Randig and Krista June Randig both of Taylor; brother, Charles Mueller Sr. & his wife, Charlene of Carmine; special nieces, Barbara Gamez and family, Brenda Medack and family and Becky Jasinski and family; special nephew, Charles Mueller Jr. and family as well as several cousins, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2016 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Giddings with Rev. Chris Nietubicz officiating. Burial followed in the Giddings City Cemetery. Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings was in charge of arrangements.
