Missing Whispering Hills Teen Found in San Antonio

The teen who went missing from Whispering Hills Achievement Center near Flatonia last Monday was found this week in San Antonio.

According to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, authorities located 17-year-old Roger Ruiz at a San Antonio apartment complex. Texas State Child Protective Services transported Ruiz back to Whispering Hills.
