Master Naturalists Spruce Up Winedale

The mission of the Master Naturalist program is “to develop a corps of well-informed volunteers to provide education, outreach, and service dedicated to the beneficial management of natural resources and natural areas within their communities for the State of Texas.”

In the local region, the Gideon Lincecum Chapter, “puts together various nature conservation/educational projects in Fayette, Washington, Colorado, Lee and Austin Counties,” according to member Karen Mahoney Woods.
