Robert L. (Bob) Wall

Robert L. (Bob) Wall, 86, journeyed peacefully to his heavenly home on July 9, 2017. Bob was born to the late Jacob Jennings and Louise Anna Wall, a Mennonite pastor and a homemaker respectively, in Los Angeles, CA, on November 22, 1930. They were married on March 3, 1956 and raised their four children in Boerne. Bob is preceded in death by his parents, “JJ” and Louise Wall; his loving wife Doris Vadnais Wall; daughter Renee Wall; his brother Eldon Wall; and sister Marjorie Zeilenga. He is survived by his children, Regina (Steve) Tripp, Rick (Cindy) Wall, and Ron (Susan) Wall; grandchildren, Chris Tripp (Stephanie), Kyle Tripp (Jennifer), Kayley Wall, Annie Wall; and great-grandchildren, Landon, Caden, and Jaxon Tripp. He dearly loved his numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Boerne on Saturday July 15, 2017 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alamo Hospice of Boerne, Disabled American Veterans Charity, Wounded Warriors Project.
