Update from LCRA on the storm

LCRA issued this update at 6 p.m.:

• LCRA has now closed McKinney Roughs Nature Park and Hollywood Bottom Park because of dangerous conditions caused by Hurricane Harvey. See the LCRA Parks page for a full list of LCRA park closures.

• The Altair boat ramp, as well as boat ramps on lake Fayette and Bastrop, also are closed because of weather.

• See the LCRA Hydromet for rainfall totals, lake levels and streamflow throughout the lower Colorado River basin.
