Leonard Supak, 76, of La Grange, died at his home on Monday, Aug. 21, 2017. Visitation was held at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home on Monday, Aug. 28, 2017 from 12 to 7 p.m. with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m. The rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Plum on Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2017 at 10 a.m. with interment to follow at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery in Plum. Leonard was born to Jerome and Milady Supak on Oct. 19, 1940 in La Grange. He served in the National Guard. He was a farmer and worked for the Fayette County Water Supply. He also worked at BEFCO Engineering. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and KJT. Leonard is survived by two sisters Lillian Kallus and husband Robert and Ann Marie Minar. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerome and Milady Supak; infant sister, Mary Supak; and brother-in-law, Leander Minar. Family suggests memorial donations be made to Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church building fund in Plum, Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery or the charity of one’s choice.  Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange was in charge of arrangements.
