Alan Wayne Juergens

Alan Wayne Juergens of Warrenton, beloved son, brother and friend, has been freed from the cares and pain of this earthly life. Alan was born June 29, 1959 in Rockdale to Ruby Rodiek Juergens Renck and the late Lonnie Juergens Sr. He graduated from Rockdale High School in 1977 and Sam Houston State in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business. Alan enjoyed landscaping and was able to make the ordinary beautiful. He was at home in the outdoors as he hunted and fished, and enjoyed nature. Alan spent many hours listening to his music, and he took great pride in the remodeling of his home, inside and out. Survivors include his loving mother, Ruby Juergens Renck of Warrenton; devoted brother, Lonnie Juergens, Jr. and his wife, Rita of Rockdale; niece, Lindsey Lillard and her husband Noah of Rockdale; nephew, Seth Juergens and his wife, Ashley of Austin; great nephews, Mason, Kade and Jake Lillard; great niece, Emma Juergens; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends.
