Holy Rosary CDA Meets Sept. 11

On Sept. 11, a regular meeting of the Court Queen of the Holy Rosary No. 2282 was called to order by Regent Dianna Kallus in the Hostyn Dining Hall. The meeting was opened with the CDA prayer and pledges to the American and Texas flags. There were twenty-one members, Court Chaplain Fr. Dan Kahlich, District Deputy Janet Purdy and one visitor present. All officers were present.

Before the meeting began, Fr. Dan gave a special blessing over the prayer blankets that were sewn this summer. The Court also presented a check to Martha Upchurch with the Family Crisis Center along with several baby items that were donated during the annual Spiritual Adoption baby shower.
