Monster Dash To Benefit Turtle Wing Foundation

Fall is in the air and Turtle Wing Foundation is gearing up for the 5th Annual Monster Dash. Don’t let the name mislead you. There is much more to this evening of fun than just the 5K run.

Families are encouraged to dress up their little goblins and super heros and come on out to downtown Schulenburg at the Railroad Park at 535 N. Main St. on Saturday, Oct. 21, festivities begin at 4 p.m. with monster truck rides on “Tantrum” running until 7 p.m.

The 5K will commence at 5 p.m. and will include some scare stations along the way. Those interested in entering the Jack Hooper Halloween Costume Contest may check-in from 4 to 5:30 p.m., with the public getting a chance to vote on the winners from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
