David McCullough Receives Honorary Landscape Irrigation License Award

David McCullough was presented an Honorary Landscape Irrigation License award by Doug Goodwin, past president of the TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) Irrigation Advisory Board. David has held Texas Landscape Irrigation License LI 0003596 since June 13, 1988.

His years of contribution to the landscape irrigation industry qualified him for this honorary position. He was a landscape irrigation contractor over twenty years, charter member of the Houston Gulf Coast Irrigation Association, approved by the TCEQ as a Landscape Irrigation trainer, held an Irrigation Inspection License, and a Backflow Testing license. He traveled across Texas and to other states teaching irrigation classes, and spoke at irrigation associations promoting water conservation. David holds a Master of Education degree from Sam Houston State University and taught Agriculture in the Houston area before getting in the irrigation industry. David currently resides on East Parker Road.
