Tipton Lottery Scam More Extensive Than Originally Thought?

Iowa investigators are taking another look at the software used by Eddie Tipton to rig lottery games in as many as 17 states.

An Iowa judge sentenced Eddie Tipton to 25 years in prison last August for using his position as a lottery security boss to fix games in Iowa, Colorado, Wisconsin, Kansas and Oklahoma. At the time, Tipton told investigators he identified all the fraudulent drawings that he rigged.

But his brother Tommy Tipton, the former Pct. 3 Justice of the Peace in Fayette County, told investigators another story.
