Memorial services for John Church, 66, of Giddings were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings with Alonzo Wood officiating. He was preceded in death by his father, John Anderson Church; step-mother, Carrie G. Church and nephew, Brandon Ray Church. John is survived by his mother, Loretta Mae Church of Cameron; three brothers, Doug Church of Rockdale, Jeff Church and his wife, Toni Kay of Tanglewood and Todd Church of Lexington, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, 221 Third Street, Lexington, Texas 78947-0021. Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings is in charge of arrangements.
