Navidad Valley Community Center Lunch And Learn Program Continues

The six week Lunch and Learn series presented by AgriLife Extension, on Healthy Aging, “Be Well, Live Well. Be Independent, Eat Well.” began this week on Monday, Aug. 6. Members are encouraged to join and learn which nutrients you need more of as you age, how to support cognition through food and more. This is open to everyone, so please join on Monday’s.
