Cindy Pereiro, 71, died on Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2018. Visitation Services were held at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home Chapel on Friday Oct. 26, 2018 from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral Service were held at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018 at 10  a.m. Interment followed at Florida Chapel Cemetery in Round Top. Cindy was born to Wayne Dyer and Beatrice Schuessler on Aug. 3, 1947 in Austin. She worked as a Bookkeeper. She enjoyed  dancing. It cleared her mind and let her express who she truly was. She loved horse back riding feeling the wind in her hair and how confident it made her. She loved her grandkids and spending time with friends. She is survived by her husband Herold Pereiro, son Wayne Greer, sister Bobbie Sue, brother Erwin, father-in-law and mother- in- law Mr. and Mrs. R.A. Pereiro, stepson Christopher Pereiro, stepdaughter Kimberly Pereiro, and numerous grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Wayne Dyer, mother Beatrice Schuessler, brother Terry Dyer, and newphew Kyle Fajkus. Family suggests memorial donations be made to Presley’s Power,1631 East State Hwy 71, West Point, Texas 78963; Huntington’s Disease Society of America, HDSA, 505 Eighth Avenue, Suite 902, New York, NY 10018, or the charity of one’s choice. Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange was in charge of arrangements.
