Generation Texas Week Recently Held

La Grange High School celebrated its Generation Texas week the week of Oct. 22-26.

In an effort to encourage senior class students to complete a college application and apply for financial aid, the high school counselors assisted senior students with online FAFSA applications and ApplyTexas applications. Additionally, parents of senior students were invited to hear Blinn professionals, Brent Williford and Myron Dippel, speak on the financial aid and college application process. Students and parents were then offered the opportunity to use the school computers to complete these applications.
