Fayette County Panthers Close Their Season With a Victory

The Fayette County Panthers, a team that has faced adversity and challenges this season put all that behind their determination to end their 2018 season a winner.

Illness, injuries and a determined Irving Universal Academy team could simply not match the collective Panther team goal of going out a winner.

“Quitters never win” said Head Coach C.H. Harvey “and these young men never quit no matter what the challenge was. I was told several times during the season, ‘Coach, your kids never quit, no matter what, they just keep coming.’ That was repeated to me time and time again by officials and other coaches this season. I am very proud of each and every one of the kids on this team.”
