Giving to Others with Grateful Hearts

On Thursday, Nov. 15 the students, faculty and staff of St. Rose of Lima Catholic School celebrated their annual Thanksgiving Mass. Weekly celebration of the Mass is always centered around the Eucharist and coming together as a family of faith. With Thanksgiving approaching, this celebration was also an extension of the mission of the school to develop Excellence Through Jesus. Excellence through Jesus includes being of service to others, living the Corporal Works of Mercy and bringing the gospel to life. A collection of nonperishable food items was taken up during the processional of the Mass.
