Celebrate Christmas in Muldoon Saturday
M ULDOON News
Saturday Dec. 8 will be Christmas in Muldoon from 3-6 p.m. Everyone is invited out to enjoy the Christmas season in the Muldoon community. The Muldoon Museum will be open and holding their annual “Bake and Stuff Sale” with lots of delicious home baked goods for sale along with a wide variety of “stuff” that may just fill the bill for someone on your gift list. They will also have a limited number of Muldoon 2018 stuffed elves for sale for your Elf on the Shelf needs.
Among the buildings that will be open will be Muldoon Mercantile (the old stone store.) Come in and enjoy all the decorations with a cup of hot chocolate or cider along with something a little sweet. This is really getting to step back in the past of this beautifully restored old building. The museum will also be serving up treats and coffee to enjoy while gendering at items from time gone by and doing a little shopping. The Durochers will have the store (the Carlock’s store) open next door to the museum with a Gingerbread House contest with a grand prize of $50 for the best entry. Then will have the Elysian Choir come to perform at 4 p.m.
