Scouts Volunteer at Trail of Lights

Girl Scout Troop 3191 was delighted to volunteer with Monument Hill’s ‘Trail of Lights’ on Friday, Dec. 14. At this year’s holiday event, the girls helped children with making a variety of Christmas ornaments and jingle bell necklaces.
