Locals File For 2019 City Races

The period to file for a name on municipal election ballots opened on Jan. 16. The deadline to file is Feb. 15.

In La Grange, Richard Cernovsky filed to run against Ward 4 incumbent Pat Janca. As of 4 p.m. on Friday, the only others to file for election were the incumbents: Mayor Janet Moerbe, Ken Taylor for Ward 1, John “Honza” Cernosek for Ward 2 and Bonnie Busch for Ward 3.
