Winchester VFD to Elect Officers

On March 12 at 6:30 p.m. in Zilss Hall, the Winchester Area Volunteer Fire Department supporters will meet to once again pledge their willingness to assist the department if and when asked to do so. Election of board officers and business related to the operation of the department will also be held. If you are interested in serving as a board member or helping as a general member, this is the meeting to attend. Supporters will start assembling at 6 p.m. with the business meeting at 6:30 p.m. It will be BYOB.

Quilt Block Paint Class

The last paint class was held with eleven participants painting, some with original designs. The next paint classes have been scheduled for March 30 at 10 a.m. and April 28 at 11 a.m. Both will be at Zilss Hall. Registration is $35 with all supplies being provided.
