Burglary Reported In Muldoon
MULDOON News
There was recently a burglary on Old Smithville Road. Two locks were cut, one of which was at a barn, and a John Deere Gator was taken. This comes after another burglary on West Parker Road, where two more locks were cut while crossing deep into a pasture where pipes were stored. These items were not out in the open and were stored well off of the roads and out of sight. This makes this crime even more disturbing.
Please keep your eyes open for anything different or strange going on. If you see a car or truck that you do not recognize, call the sheriff’s office and report it. If the persons there have permission, then they should have no problem being checked out. Take note of the make, model and color of the vehicle spotted and a license plate number if possible. Call the property owners to see if they are having work done or if they are expecting someone. Just a few neighborly actions of watching out for each other can go a long way.
