KJZT Donates to Sacred Heart Catholic School

Sacred Heart Catholic School in La Grange Principal LaDonna Voelkel, second from left, accepted a $533.50 check donation on May 24 from KJZT Family Life, Society No. 31 of La Grange officers from left, President Elizabeth Kallus, Treasurer Barbara Eilert and Secretary Marilyn Kothmann.

This donation was from Society No. 31’s KJZT People Helping People parish fundraising project of sponsoring the plant wheel game at the Sacred Heart School Spring Festival.

The KJZT Family Life state office matched 50 percent of the net funds. The donation will be used in maintenance of the school’s three AED machines.
