Carmine VFD Fundraiser Slated this Sunday

Feast & Fundraiser

Next Sunday, July 21, is the Carmine Volunteer Fire Department’s annual Feast and Fundraiser at the Carmine Hall. Fried chicken meals will be served from 10:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. for both dine-in and to-go. There will also be a convenient drivethrough. Barbecue sausage will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. A bounce house and activities for the kids begin at 10:30 a.m. The live auction starts at noon. Volunteers are still needed for light duty work. To donate auction items or to volunteer, contact Dennis Gerland at (979) 249-7554 or J. C. Pohl at (979) 278-3348.

The regular meeting will be on July 25 at 7 p.m.
