La Grange Police Need Help Identifying This Man

Police are asking the public for help identifying a suspect who stole an entire display case full of lottery tickets from a convenience store in La Grange.

Police Chief David Gilbreath said a male suspect entered the Stripes Convenience Store at 2409 West SH 71 (formerly Rattler's). The suspect removed a display case full of Texas Lottery tickets from the counter and left the store while the clerk was busy in the back.

The suspect was a white male wearing a western-style hat and a black t-shirt with a Peterbilt tractor truck on the back.

La Grange Police and the Texas Lottery Commission are investigating the case. Anyone with information can contact Fayette County Crimestoppers at (979) 968-8477.
