Jim Marino, 71, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away Oct. 24, 2019.

Jim was born in Buffalo, New York on June 27, 1948 the son of Ben and Helen (Obrafta) Marino. He was Catholic by faith.

Jim graduated from Euclid High School in Euclid, Ohio in 1966. He attended Bowling Green College and earned a degree in journalism. He worked for the Cleveland Press and Plain Dealer as a news reporter and feature writer. He then moved on to work for BP Gas and Oil as their public relations and newsletter editor. He then ventured into his own business and wrote company news magazines for US Steel, TRW, Standard Plumbing and the Cleveland Clinic.

He is survived by his wife Ingred, brother Carl Marino and wife Gail of Fayetteville.

Funeral serves are pending Cleveland, Ohio.
