Kathy Chlumsky Celebrates Birthday in Muldoon

Kathy Chlumsky celebrated her 64th birthday with both her daughters’ families, Jennifer and Kenny Dong and Summer Smith and Benjamin Williams. All the kids and grandparents enjoyed their visit. All three grandkids, Connor and Hunter Dong and Olivia Williams, did a bit of target shooting. Connor is looking forward to hunting with his dad again this year. Little Olivia had some help with the BB gun and Hunter was able to practice with a bigger rifle this year. They are all growing up and enjoying the joys of having grandparents in the country. They also enjoyed barbecue and other birthday goodies.

The next week brought Kathy’s parents, Kenneth and Nelda Lamb, back to Muldoon. They enjoyed the Czech Heritage Festival and did a bit of local dining and also really enjoyed the pizza at the Whizzerville Hall. They were delighted that Summer and her daughter, Olivia, were able to come and spend a couple days in town to have four generations together.

The last weekend called for a trip to Houston for Kathy and Frank. Their grandson, Connor, turned eight and he celebrated at the Funtastik Lab making Lego race cars with his friends. In the meantime, their son-inlaw, Benjamin Williams, was in Washington, D.C. for the Marine Corp Marathon. Despite the weather, he ran a great race in 3:07:54. They are very proud of his performance.
