LG Boys Place Second at Lexington Tournament

The La Grange boys basketball team won their first two games of the Lexington Tournament last week before falling to Hempstead in the title game Saturday.

Dawson Loehr led or was tied for the team lead in scoring in all three games as the Leps improved their record to 2-4 overall as they head into Tuesday’s game at Brookshire Royal.

In last Thursday’s tourney opener in Lexington, the Leps defeated Austin Navarro 45-47 as Loehr scored 19 points and Dawson Brooks added eight.
