Some Concerned By Offer Letters From Oil Company

Property owners in the Swiss Alp area received unsolicited offers in the mail last month from a company in Dallas that wants to purchase their mineral rights.

More such letters were received by some in the county last week.

Rev. Lemae Higgs, the pastor at Swiss Alp Evangelical Lutheran Church, said even her church received such a letter.
