The Winchester Area Volunteer Fire Department cordially invites the community to their annual Christmas party and chili supper on Tuesday, Dec. 10, at Zilss Hall. This is their way of saying thank you for your support. The social begins at 6 p.m. with an awards presentation to follow. The chili supper will be served beginning at 6:30 p.m. If you would like to bring a dessert, it would be greatly appreciated. Canned goods to donate to the AMEN Food Pantry will also be collected.

St. Michael’s Lutheran Church is planning an afternoon of caroling to local shut-ins and nursing home residents for Saturday, Dec. 21. They will meet and leave from the Church at noon.
