La Grange Lot to Be Split For a New Development

La Grange City Council approved a replat of property between Lafayette and Fannin Streets on the west side of town.

Howard Konetzke Jr. owns a five-acre lot between Lafayette and Fannin west of College Street. He received approval from the Council at a meeting Monday night to split a portion of the property on the west side of his land into six lots that he plans to sell for residential development.
