Vega

Felix Joe Vega, age 69, passed away peacefully in his home on December 12, 2019. Joe was born October 18, 1950 in Galveston, Tx, to Felix and Margaret Vega (Perez). Joe was a veteran of the Vietnam War which he served honorably in the Marine Corp.

Joe is survived by his wife of 49 years, Nancy Vega, three children: Billy Vega (Deann) of Santa Fe, Tx, Melissa Brock (Dusty) of Santa Fe, Tx, Randy Vega (Amber) of West Point, Tx, and Godson, Sammy Nieto, of Santa Fe, Tx. Joe also leaves behind eight grandchildren, Clarissa Perry (Lulu), Alyssa Vega, Dylan Brock (Travis Pate), Amber Munoz (Cesar), Kyndal Brock (Jordan Murphy), Kalvin Perry, Jeremy Vega, and Karson Vega and two great grandchildren, Londyn Salas and Cesar Munoz.

He was preceded in death by his great granddaughter, Aveyah Murphy.

A service will be held at a later date with full veteran honors.
