Lady Leps Improve Record to 19-3 Thanks to a Late Rally Over Salado

In building a 19-3 record this season, the La Grange girls basketball players haven’t had to face a lot of adversity.

In many games this season they’ve run away with games in the first few minutes of play. For goodness sake, the Lady Leps won a game over the holiday break 57-2 (no, this is not a misprint).

But Friday, against a Salado team that plays the game at the same fast-paced way the Lady Leps love to do, the La Grange girls got a real dose of adversity – and they handled it very well in what ended up being a 52-49 win.
