Eugene Votaw, 78, of West Point, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020.

Eugene was born in West Point on April 6, 1941, the son of Lester A. and Polenna (Reiss) Votaw.

He is survived by his sister, Dorothy Weber of West Point; brother, Edwin Votaw of Weimar; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters: Elizabeth Kuntschik and Hilda Johnston.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, Jan. 12, 2020 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Koenig-Belvill Funeral Home & Cremations.

Funeral Services will be held at Koenig-Belvill Funeral Home & Cremations, at 1 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 13, 2020. Burial will follow at Byler Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
