La Grange Swimmers Shine in District Meet At University of Texas

The La Grange High School swim team competed in the 20-5A District Championships on Jan 18, 2020 at the Texas Swim Center in Austin. Highlights for the Leps included: Five relays advanced to the Regional meet On Jan 31st-Feb 1st at A&M University. Those relay teams include: Girls 200 Medley, Boys 200 Medley Relay, Girls 200 Freestyle Relay, Boys 200 Freestyle Relay and the Boys 400 Freestyle Relay Five new school records were set by La Grange swimmers at meet. They included:

• Noah Ehler set personal best and new school record in the 100 breaststroke shaving off 3.44 seconds. His new record time is 1:10.46 which earned him 8th place.
