Betty M. (Philips) Paffen, 86, of La Grange passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2020. Betty was born in The Netherlands on May 16, 1933. She came to the United States as a young child. She is survived by her son, Adolph Paffen, of Fayetteville, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 24, 2020 at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Ellinger. Family and friends can view and sign the guestbook online at
