Federal Tax Credits Could Fund 70 Apartments in LG

A company from Austin wants to build up to 70 apartment units in La Grange using federal tax credits.

Robbye Meyer of Arx Advantage LLC presented her company’s plan for the proposed La Grange Springs apartments to the La Grange City Council at a meeting Monday night, Jan. 27. Meyer said her company applied for the tax credits through a program from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA).
