Alumni Game Gives Lady Leps Final Prep For Softball Season

Several times over the past few years, Mother Nature washed out the annual scrimmage between the La Grange varsity softball team and an alumni squad of Lady Lep greats.

But Saturday a warm, sunny morning greeted the celebration of the past and present of Lady Leps softball.

“It was so much fun,” said La Grange head coach Amanda Arlund. “We haven’t been able to do this for two years, but it’s something you look forward to because you can show the younger generation what this tradition is about.”
