Coaches Staying in Touch With Their Athletes

Nobody knows when or even if high school sports are going to resume, but La Grange boys and girls athletic directors Matt Kates and Leslie Coltrain have been working to stay in touch with athletes to keep they healthy physically, mentally and emotionally.

Kates said boys coaches have been using google classroom to pass on suggested workouts to athletes and they plan to start character lessons later this week.
