Raborn

Carolyn Ann (Dworksy) Raborn, 73, of Montgomery passed away on Friday, April 10, 2020.

Carolyn was born in Bryan on Feb. 15, 1947, the daughter of Edgar and Bessie Belle (Ward) Dworsky.

Carolyn married Cecil Raborn, Jr. on Dec. 7, 1963, in Houston.

She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Cecil Raborn, Jr.; son, Shawn Raborn, and wife, Ann of La Grange; two grandsons: Patrick Raborn and special friend, Mary Cernoch; Christopher Raborn and fiancé, Taryn Wenske, all of Austin; brother, Tommy Dworsky and wife, Diana of Midland; sister, Sheri Rich, and husband, Dave of Spring; brother, Bobby Dworsky of Houston; sister-in-law, Katherine Crofford of Humble; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a nephew.

In an abundance of caution due to the recent health issues, and in accordance with the CDC and local County Judge recommendations, the family has requested a private family funeral service and burial.
