Lorine Edna (Anders) Kopecky, 74, of La Grange, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020.

Lorine was born in Oldenburg on June 14, 1945, the daughter of Edmund Anders, Sr. and Maenelda (Herdler) Anders.

Lorine married Frankie Kopecky on May 6, 1967.

She was a waitress for more than fifty years. Lorine loved her customers and enjoyed making them happy.

She is survived by her husband, Frankie Kopecky, of La Grange; daughter, Lisa Loudermilk and husband, Rick, of Austin; two sisters: Bernice Haney of Weimar; and Evelyn Williams of Round Rock; five brothers: Edmund Anders, Jr. and wife, Betty; Jimmy (James) Anders; Buddy (Edward) Anders; Victor Anders and wife, Beverly; and John Anders, all of La Grange; one brother-in-law, George Bolfik; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; children: Ronnie James Kopecky and Becky Lynn Kopecky; three sisters: Irene Liebscher, Earline Blaha, and Marilyn Bolfik; four brothers-in-law: Light Liebscher, Daniel Blaha, Charlie Haney, and Billy Williams.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 27, 2020 from 12 to 5 p.m. at Koenig-Belvill Funeral Home & Cremations in La Grange.

In an abundance of caution due to the recent health issues, and in accordance with the CDC and local County Judge recommendations, the family has requested a private family funeral service and burial.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 567, La Grange, TX 78945; Meals on Wheels Rural Capital Area, 165 W. Austin St. Giddings, Texas 78942. After the COVID-19 pandemic, the family asks that you tip your servers generously.
