Fayette County Deputy Randy Thumann and his canine partner Lobos found the above 27 bundles containing 159 pounds f marijuana hidden in the trap door in the center spine support of a trailer being pulled by Wayne Griffith Jr. of San Antonio ast week on Interstate 10 near Flatonia.

The Grand Opening of the new Walmart Supercenter in La Grange was held Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 7 a.m. Before the pening, the La Grange High School Band and cheerleaders performed for the crowd.
