Former Local Star Athletes Open Bases Loaded Sports

A trio of former collegiate athletes opened a new business La Grange catering to baseball and softball players.

Bases Loaded Sports, located at 1770 E. State Highway 71 Business in La Grange, offers indoor batting cages and a bullpen, along with personal instruction for players. The owners are Chris Naiser, Matt Hudec and Katelin Wolff-Roecker.

“We’ve always wanted to do something like this,” said Naiser who played baseball for Wharton Junior College and University of Houston Victoria. “So many people drive a long way to use a place like this, so it’s a way to give back to the community.”
