Torrence

Pearly (Rudloff) Torrence, 100, passed away June 18, 2019.

Pearly was born in Warrenton on Sept. 25, 1918, to Harry and Ottilie (Stork) Rudloff. She married Carl Torrence on Aug. 25, 1951 in Baytown.

She was a life time member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Shelby. Pearly was a loving mother, grandmother and caregiver.

Pearly is survived by two daughters: Janelda Sue Miles and husband, James, of Houston; Carlene Annette Sanders and husband, Lynn, of Lago Vista; granddaughter, Lauren Michelle Miles; two grandsons: Trenton Carl Sanders and Bolton Lloyd Sanders; great granddaughter, Fiona Love. She was also blessed with an abundance of step grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl Torrence; two brothers and three sis-ters.

Funeral Services were held at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 6814 Skull Creek Road, Shelby, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2019. Burial followed in the Shelby Cemetery.
